Racoon Family - John Wesley Jenkins
A small family of raccoons shot near my parent's home in Puyallup. I had never seen a mother and children huddled together in the open. I kept my distance and watched for a while as she cared for them. Pulling the camera to my eye drew their attention, and the held their gaze while took this portrait.
