Entry Process
You may submit your prints, along with your personal information and payment completely by paper. Just visit the Tacoma Photographic Society website

Then select the menu pick for
Non-Member Spring Fair Photo Contest
or Members Only Spring Fair Photo Contest
Open and Print the Entry Form (Registration Brochure) -- you will see a link.
Entry Requirements on Page 2 of the form includes payment instructions/options
can be made by check or online (link required).
After we receive your form, we will send you an email, giving you an opportunity to put digital images and print descriptions on this website.
You may submit your personal information, print titles, and print descriptions online, using this website. You still need to use the printed entry form to accompany your prints.
Liability: Proper care will be taken of all prints, but no responsibility will be assumed by TPSX for any damage or loss while in transit, during judging or exhibition
Entries must arrive by 4pm, March 20th
General Requirements
• Who Can Enter: Amateur Photographers
who derive less than 50% of their income
from photos.
• Category: Open to any subject. Please
remember this is a family Fair. Inappropriate
subject matter will be disqualified.
• Entry Fee: $10.00 per photo. Make checks
payable to Tacoma Photographic Society or
T.P.S. and include with your images.
• Images may be from film or digital but must
originate in a camera.
• Entry Limit: You may enter up to seven (7)
prints per maker.
• Images entered in prior TPS Annual Spring Fair competitions are NOT eligible.
• NO FRAMES
Print Requirements
• Minimum print size is 8” x 10”
• Maximum entry size is 16” x 20” (including any mat)
• Entries may or may not be in a mat board.
• Entries MUST BE mounted on a stiff backing (mat board, cardboard, etc.) in order to stand on the display rack.
• Entries MUST HAVE a title and the maker’s name, address, and phone number on the BACK in the UPPER RIGHT corner.
• No name or title may appear on the FRONT of the image.
